Cari Visitatori, amanti del tai chi, dal bellissimo sito del Maestro Michael P. Garofolo ho tratto il materiale relativo ai 32 movimenti della forma di spada standard, diffusissima in Oriente e ormai approdata anche in Occidente.

Continuo con la pubblicazione della seconda parte (movimenti 9 – 16), con le modalità già usate per la prima

(movimenti 1 – 8 )

ossia scegliendo fra le diverse denominazioni quella che mi è sembrata la più significativa dal punto di vista tecnico e aggiungendo la traduzione italiana.
