Cari Visitatori, amanti del tai chi, dal bellissimo sito del Maestro Michael P. Garofolo ho tratto il materiale relativo ai 32 movimenti della forma di spada standard, diffusissima in Oriente e ormai approdata anche in Occidente.
Ho aggiunto la traduzione italiana di ciascuna posizione, scegliendo fra le diverse denominazioni quella che mi è sembrata la più significativa dal punto di vista tecnico.
